RandPoker is a simulated competitive game that provides a platform for entertainment for players. We hope every player can feel the fun of competition here. The chips used in the game are game items and do not have any monetary value. They are only for the users own use in the game program. At the same time, the game does not provide any form of official repurchase, direct or indirect exchange of cash or physical objects, mutual gifts and transfer services for the game chips owned by users. In the game agreement and player announcements, we explicitly prohibit any form of mutual peddling, transfer of gold coins, and other cheating behaviors that violate game fairness such as "collusion" between users in the game and offline. Once discovered, our company has the right to take temporary or permanent measures such as prohibiting login, deleting game accounts and game data, and deleting related information; serious cases will be transferred to relevant administrative authorities for administrative penalties, or the players criminal responsibility will be investigated.

Service risks and disclaimer clauses are as follows:

1. You promise to register as a user of RandPoker with your real identity, and ensure that the personal identity information provided is true, complete, and effective, and bear corresponding legal responsibilities for the information provided in accordance with legal provisions and mandatory terms. When you register with real name, you should provide your own true, complete, and effective identity information and other relevant information, and you shall not register with real name using other peoples identity information, otherwise you shall bear all consequences caused thereby, and RandPoker has the right to require you to compensate for all losses caused to us. At the same time, in order to avoid the abuse of personal information and prevent bypassing anti-addiction measures, the number of game accounts that can be authenticated by the same identity information will be limited by our system and shall not exceed a reasonable number. Otherwise, RandPoker has the right to take handling measures and announce the handling results, and you shall bear all consequences caused thereby, and RandPoker has the right to require you to compensate for all losses caused to RandPoker.
2. If your account and password are illegally used by others due to your own reasons, RandPoker will not be responsible for handling, and you shall bear the damages caused to the civil rights of users and others. You shall not provide the game account to others for use in any way (including the act of adults providing it to minors), including but not limited to not providing it to others for commercial use including but not limited to live streaming, recording,代为 playing and training through transfer, rental, borrowing, etc. Otherwise, you shall bear any legal consequences and responsibilities arising therefrom, and RandPoker has the right to take measures against your game account including but not limited to warning, restricting or prohibiting the use of all or part of the functions of the game account, deleting the game account and game data and other related information, banning the account until cancellation, and you shall bear all consequences caused thereby.
3. If you do not meet the conditions described in Article 10.1 of the RandPoker User Agreement, you will not be able to use RandPoker or some functions of RandPoker. RandPoker is not liable to you for this.
4. You fully understand that: Like other online internet software, RandPoker will also be troubled by various bad information, network security and network failure problems, including but not limited to: (1) other users may post fraudulent or false information, or publish illegal remarks containing abusive, cursing, slanderous, attacking content, or content that is obscene, pornographic, vulgar, reactionary, inciting national hatred, etc. that is offensive and disgusting; (2) other users may post some pictures, photos, texts and other materials that infringe on your or other third parties intellectual property rights, portrait rights, name rights, reputation rights, privacy and/or other legitimate rights and interests; (3) facing problems and threats such as hacker attacks, system crashes, network disconnections, slow network speeds, program vulnerabilities, etc.
5. You fully understand that: The various bad information, network security and network failure problems described in Article 14.2 of the RandPoker User Agreement are not problems caused by RandPoker, which may cause you mental damage such as disgust, nausea, vomiting, or cause you other losses, all of which shall be borne by you, and RandPoker is not liable to you for any responsibility.
6. You fully understand that: There may be various risks in obtaining game items such as gold coins and game props from unauthorized third parties. You shall not obtain the above game items from third parties. If you insist on obtaining the above game items from third parties, you shall bear the corresponding risks. RandPoker does not guarantee that such game items can be used normally in RandPoker, nor does it guarantee that such items will not be recovered. RandPoker prohibits obtaining the above game items from third parties that are not RandPoker and RandPoker partners through accepting gifts or other means, because the virtual items obtained through the above channels may be stolen by account thieves or have other rights defects, and victims may request recovery through various means, and RandPoker is not responsible for this.
7. You fully understand that: The game rules introduced to you by RandPoker through the method described in Article 10.14 of the RandPoker User Agreement may be insufficient and limited. RandPoker does not guarantee that the introduction of RandPoker rules is complete, sufficient, and without any errors, nor does it guarantee that RandPoker can fully, sufficiently, and without any errors implement these game rules.
8. You fully understand that: In order to effectively curb the use of BUG or cheats by users in RandPoker, RandPoker may take downtime maintenance or rollback measures. During downtime maintenance, you may not be able to log in to RandPoker. Rollback is to return the game data under all user game accounts from the record at a certain time to the record at another time before, which may cause you to permanently lose game coins, game props and other game items, levels, points, honors, etc. obtained through normal game behavior during this period, or cause you other losses. You fully understand that: RandPoker may give you certain services provided by cooperative units (such as limited-term use rights of certain software provided by cooperative units or travel services) or physical objects as prizes, and you agree that RandPoker will contact you according to the contact information you provide and provide these services or physical objects to you. However, RandPoker does not make any express or implied guarantee on the quality of such services and/or services. If there are quality problems with such services and/or physical objects, please contact the corresponding cooperative unit directly and solve the relevant disputes or disputes by yourself, which have nothing to do with RandPoker.
10. You fully understand that: RandPoker may be completely or partially interrupted, temporarily unavailable, delayed due to the failure, malfunction, or human error of the Internet system software and hardware equipment of RandPoker itself or cooperative units, or the stop or interruption of RandPoker or the loss of user files due to others invading the RandPoker system to tamper with or forge materials, etc., and you shall not require RandPoker to give you any compensation or compensation.
11. You agree that your use and enjoyment of RandPoker products and services is of your own free will, and you are willing to bear any risks and any direct, indirect, incidental, or derivative damages caused to you (including but not limited to personal injury, privacy leakage, damages caused by failure to perform any responsibilities including good faith or reasonable care, negligence, and any other monetary or other losses), and RandPoker shall not bear any responsibility. If the liability for damages cannot be completely excluded according to law, RandPokers liability for damages shall also be limited to the return of the price paid by the user to RandPoker.
12. You understand and accept that if you cancel your game account, the relevant game proceeds under that game account will also be cleared. Accordingly, before you cancel this game account, please ensure that you have properly handled the game proceeds under this game account or the relevant game proceeds have been settled. Once you cancel this game account, if there are still game proceeds under the game account at that time (including game proceeds generated during the use of this game and those that may be generated in the future), RandPoker has the right to clear all game proceeds under the game account, and you shall bear the consequences arising therefrom.
13. You understand and agree that: In order to improve the efficiency of game account use, if you have not logged in to the game for a long time after registering the game account, RandPoker has the right to take measures such as recovering the right to use the game account, canceling or deleting the game account and all data and information in the account after notifying you in advance through reasonable methods such as pop-up windows, phone calls, text messages, emails, etc. After cancellation or deletion, all data, information, assets, virtual currency and virtual props in the account will be eliminated together and cannot be recovered or retrieved, and you shall bear all losses suffered thereby.
14. You promise not to use this game to engage in the following activities: (1) organize or participate in games with legal currency, securities and other property as赌注; (2) conduct game points transactions through third-party platforms; (3) create private rooms with gambling nature. Violators will have their accounts permanently banned by RandPoker and transferred to judicial authorities for processing according to law.
15. You promise that participating in invitation reward activities in the game shall comply with laws, regulations, policy provisions and invitation activity rules. You clearly know that RandPoker prohibits any form of indirect rewards. You promise not to develop multi-level relationships in any form, otherwise you voluntarily bear account bans and legal responsibilities. All virtual rewards of RandPoker do not have assessable economic value, cannot be transferred, valued, inherited, and are prohibited from being used for any form of pricing circulation.
16. RandPoker reserves the right to unilaterally suspend the performance of the RandPoker User Agreement and terminate the RandPoker User Agreement at any time without any reason. Such suspension or termination may be due to the dissolution, cancellation, merger, or division of RandPoker, or because RandPoker transfers the copyright or operation right of RandPoker to a third party, or because of national laws, regulations, policies, and orders of state organs, or other force majeure events such as earthquakes, fires, tsunamis, typhoons, strikes, wars, etc., or other reasons beyond the above reasons. You are aware and agree that we have the right to decide to terminate the operation of the game on our own. We will announce it 60 days in advance before termination, and dispose of your game account, data in the account, remaining unused game props, virtual currency and other virtual items in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
17. If the RandPoker User Agreement is: (1) suspended due to the reasons described in Article 14.10 of the RandPoker User Agreement, all users including you will temporarily not be able to log in to RandPoker with their game accounts until the suspension period of the RandPoker User Agreement expires; (2) terminated, all users including you will never be able to log in to RandPoker with their game accounts, and RandPoker will handle related matters in the form of announcement or other forms.
18. We do not assume any express or implied warranty liability for the services provided to you, and users shall bear all risks of using the services and possible damages caused thereby, including but not limited to damages to you or your computer system caused by downloading games or data pictures from our official website due to your use of services, or any data loss, etc.
